Shipping Rates:

Via our shipping policy guidelines… all orders $250 or higher will be eligible for free standard shipping to domestic locations, within the continental U.S… Shipments to Military APO, FPO boxes and other locations that we aren’t currently shipping to may be added to our list at a later date. Shipping rates vary based on package total weight and shipping address. Such rates are determined based on where you are shipping the merchandise and the speed of service selected. For example. Standard, Priority, or Express shipping. Rates for domestic shipments are generally calculated based on your geographic location. Regardless of the amount of your merchandise purchase and will also vary based on distance, and/ or the speed of service. The expected delivery date varies based on the delivery option you selected at checkout.

Order Processing Time

For all orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 pm CST please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order.

All orders placed after 3 pm CST, on a holiday, or during a weekend day will be considered next business day orders. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3 pm CST will continue processing on the following business day.

Although we do not ship orders on weekends it is possible that your order might be delivered on a Saturday, but not on Sunday or on holidays. This also includes all priority and express orders.

Places We Ship to and Estimated Associated Costs

Some major holidays to take into consideration, that we do not ship on or will cause shipment delays are:

  • Christmas
  • Thanksgiving
  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter, Independence Day
  • Labor Day, and
  • Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday

Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard deliveries.  For your protection, you may be asked to sign for your order. This ensures receipt to the proper recipient. Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or other similar carriers. Our domestic shipping rates can be determined from the table below; this includes shipping to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes provided by the US Postal Service.

**Due to the Covid-19 impact, UPS has suspended their expedited shipping arrival guarantees. USPS has also experienced some delays. Therefore Shop at Kei is unable to guarantee the shipping time on priority and expedited shipping options.**

Flat Rate Shipping Policy

Flat rate pricing applies for packages up to 70 lbs and with dimensions in length and girth (130 inches). Shipping for packages above these amounts will be calculated separately based on weight, size, and delivery location. Express Shipping typically arrives within two business days. However, if a customer’s order is submitted on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday the order will ship on Monday and arrive on Wednesday. All general rates are calculated upon checkout. Shipping Services
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or through the United States Postal Service and through other couriers depending on what is purchased versus the delivery destination.

Shipment time frame
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, but receiving times can vary depending on the method of shipping and shipment destination. Back-ordered merchandise is processed and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Customers will be notified via email.

 International Shipping Policy

 

Shop At KEI‘s goal is to offer you the best global shipping options. Every day, we proudly deliver to hundreds of customers across the world. Furthermore, ensuring order accuracy and providing the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times is one of our top priorities. In addition, the time frame for International delivery via our shipping policy is divided into two parts…. processing and shipping time. Because orders that are shipped internationally take longer than general orders, it is important that you understand the process.

Shipping Options (International Orders)
We offer UPS ground shipping for customers shipping domestically and UPS Worldwide Expedited for international customers.  International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

Canadian Customs Regulations
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. To clarify, these charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes on goods (e.g., excise tax). In addition, a brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

International Customs Regulations
The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. Purchasers should also ensure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country. It is also necessary to note what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.

 

Please Note

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Shop At Kei LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. For example, the customer was not home for delivery or the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location. Shop At Kei is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. This includes if any parts of the address are incorrect.

**Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.**

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Packages after delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop At Kei LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Shop At Kei LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address. This confirmation will include the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products
It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination.

Shop At Kei reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.

All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 72 hours after your package shows delivered status, along with photo evidence (highly suggested) in order to ensure proper resolution.

Out of stock/ back-ordered items

Items Not in Stock
Certainly, we strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. However, due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may become back order items. Moreover, we will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. We will send out all available items and provide a store credit for the items that are currently unavailable.
