Return & Exchange Policy
Dear Mr. or Mrs. Customer,
Do you have questions about the store’s return policy? Shop At KEI is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and work to ensure all customers receive top-notch service. If for any reason your item(s) arrives damaged, it can be exchanged based on our Exchange Policy. Refunds will not be issued.
Returns are permitted within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Exchange requests are taken into consideration once we have received your merchandise.
Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after receipt of purchase.
• Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.
Return for exchange purposes only is prohibited for items that do not comply with the guidelines listed herein.
- All Items must be in new and unused condition. They must also be in their Original packaging. This means unworn, unaltered, and in immaculate condition with original tags intact to be accepted for exchange. All packaging, instructions, and warranties must be included with the return and accompanied by your receipt. If you no longer have your packing slip, please print a copy of your ship confirmation email and online purchase receipt that was displayed during checkout.
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed for special order, on sale, or limited edition merchandise. Such items also include Melanin Crown, accessories, and all collections items.
- No refunds, all sales are final, returns are allowed for exchange purposes only.
- Returns which are not accompanied by a receipt or invoice cannot be exchanged and will not be allowed.
- Indicate the return reason in the “Return Reason” column on the front of the packing slip next to the line item you are returning.
Affix the pre-printed return shipping label, from the front of your packaging slip to the outside of your shipping box.
Please Note: All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before exchanges are approved and processed. This means that upon emailing us, you must also attach images of the damaged merchandise within your email and state the reason for the return.
Shop At KEI is not responsible for merchandise that isn’t received or returned in accordance with these terms stated herein. If your order is over $250 you will receive complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped once payments have processed.

Package Receipt Guidelines:
- We are not responsible for items that are not received and show a “Delivered” status in our system. If this situation occurs you should contact U. P. S. or the courier service on record directly referring to your shipping confirmation email.
For security reasons, customers should not indicate contents of packets on the exterior label. We highly recommend customers return parcels to us via U.P.S.
Please mail all returns to the address listed below. Double check your shipment to ensure your name and address are printed legibly on the outside of your box. Be sure all necessary instructions, etc. listed herein are included so we can rapidly process and reship your return. We appreciate your business. Thanks for shopping with us.
